| We write to you with much excitement today, as the iStandard Producer Showcase – NYC Style has found a new home…
Webster Hall was originally built in 1886 by architect Charles Rentz and quickly became the country’s first modern nightclub. It was a place where one could witness figures such as Emma Goldman herald the cause of free love and birth control on one night and, on the next night, see the refined atmosphere and grace of a society function celebrating New York’s elite. Now, the world’s elite producer event makes it’s debut tonight and tomorrow night, June 1st (in the Balcony Lounge @ Webster Hall) & 2nd (in the Studio @ Webster Hall), respectively. The music industry’s finest will be on hand, as tonight (6/1) we go “Behind the Rhymes” with former G-Unit President & Co-Founder, and newly appointed Senior VP of A&R at Island / Def Jam, SHA MONEY XL. Plus, the judge panels will include the likes of Dre McKenzie, Director of A&R at G-Unit Records, Milwaukee Buck of The Inc., Christina Prince of Virgin Records, as well as producers Ayatollah, Doc Ish, and more Plus, Blue Mics will be in the building showing their impressive line of product, as well as Steiner Sports, where they will hold a silent auction with memorabilia from Jay-Z, Michael Jordan, Derek Jeter, Eli Manning and more. All proceeds will go towards The American Liver Foundation and The Memorial Sloan-Kettering Cancer Center Any past producers that have participated in our events are free at the door, as well as iStandardProducers.com members. For guest list, please contact J Hatch HERE Full event details are below, including the judges, prize package, sponsors, and more. |
